1. Earnestly accept the operation training of the equipment manufacturer, and be able to operate wave soldering independently and skillfully according to the chapter.

2. Maintenance of the spray system: During wave soldering, the nozzle should be cleaned with alcohol every 8 hours, and the nozzle should be cleaned when it is out of service.
3. The drawer on the spray box is cleaned every other day.
4. When turning on the alcohol pump, make sure that there is alcohol in the alcohol pump.

5. Raise the guide rail before moving the wave crest tin furnace or widening the transportation guide rail.
6. The height of the tin surface of the wave crest tin furnace from the upper edge of the wave crest tin furnace should be kept 10mm, and tin should be added in time when it is less than 10mm.
7. Always check whether the distance between the transportation rails is adjusted to the width of the circuit board.

8. Lubricating oil (butter) should be added to each transmission and movable part once a week.
9. Each connection and transmission gearbox needs to add high temperature butter every three months

10. The oil-water separator needs to add oil once a week
11. The spray filter must be cleaned with alcohol every 15 days
12. The nozzle must be cleaned once a month and filled with lubricating oil

13. The board connection point should be checked from time to time whether the adjustment is consistent with the plug-in line.
14. The wave soldering exhaust fan should be cleaned once in March

15. Add butter once every three months for lifting and moving the bearing seat
16. The electronic fan of each exhaust outlet is cleaned every three months

17. The fixed seat and the impeller shaft should be added with high temperature oil once every three months
