d. Prevent electrification of insulating objects on the production line. e. Electrostatic protection of semiconductors under abnormal conditions. This refers to the anti-static management measures that should be taken when abnormal situations occur in the production process, including the handling of components after falling to the ground, the operation of the circuit board inspection tooling, the operation of the test probe, the insulation coating of the terminal, etc. .
② Organizational system-formulate a management system for electrostatic protection
Once there are standards, there must be certain measures to ensure implementation. This requires a corresponding management system, including two aspects: one is the responsibility system. All functional departments, such as design, process procurement, and inspection departments, must Establish a corresponding responsibility system; the second is an inspection system, such as an anti-static patrol inspection system on the SMT production line. Static detector. This is a non-contact electrostatic voltage tester with a measurement range of: low range 0kV~ 2kV, high range 0kV~20kV, measurement accuracy ±10%.
Electrostatic voltmeter. This is also a non-contact electrostatic voltmeter, which can effectively test the voltage of charged objects on the surface of objects and human bodies. Low range OkV~20kV, high range OkV~40kV, resolution 10Vo
