Classification and application fields of main control board

IGBT master control board is a kind of master control board with a power range of 15KW-120KW, which consists of a panel, a master control board and two driving boards. It is mainly used in the heat treatment industry.
Introduction of IGBT main control board:
The main control board of high-frequency induction heating and two drivers are dominant. The high-frequency board adopts SG3525A as PWM pulse technically. The output pulse frequency range is 20KHZ—60KHZ, the pulse spacing is 180 degrees, and the overcurrent protection time can be adjusted independently. It can be applied to IGBT full-bridge inverter parallel resonance induction heating equipment with chopper voltage transformation and power adjustment.

It has over-current, over-voltage, water-cooling, high-frequency, low-frequency, and various state indications, and shows a switch-type Hall maintenance interface. This board can be used to assemble IGBT high-frequency induction heating equipment with chopper board and drive board.
Characteristics of high frequency IGBT control board:
IGBT high-frequency control board mainly uses SG3525A as PWM pulse generation, the output pulse frequency range is 20KHz—60KHz, the pulse spacing is 180 degrees, and the overcurrent protection time can be adjusted independently. It can be used for radio broadcasting and power adjustment of IGBT full-bridge inverter parallel resonant induction heating equipment. Power category: 10KW—120KW. This control board has less wiring, centralized operation and no need to adjust. In operation, the power supply voltage is double 18V/1A and four 22V/0.5A power supplies. It has over-current, over-voltage, water-cooling, and various state indications, and shows a switching Hall maintenance interface and a linear Hall maintenance interface, and has a full-bridge inverter IGBT drive circuit. This board can immediately assemble IGBT high-frequency induction heating equipment.
