The module adopts the latest high-end platform Helio X20(MT6797) of MediaTek, and has a 64-bit three-cluster ten-core A72 architecture CPU with the highest frequency of 2.3GHz,64 and a 64-bit Mali-T880 MP4 780MHz GPU. Support seven-mode full-frequency network, 25-megapixel camera, 2K display, 4K video capture, mobile payment platform, etc.
ZM976(MTK6797) Android core board module has built-in 10-core A72 architecture CPU,16Gb+16GB memory (optional configuration), Mali-T880 MP4 GPU, Android 6.0 operating system, 2G/3G/4G seven-mode 20-frequency full Netcom access, WiFi/BT/GNSS(GPS/Beidou)/FM support, and built-in power management chip. Provide rich data interfaces, including LCM, Camera, USB 3.0, UART, I2C, SPI, I2S, ADC, Keypad, GPIOS, MHL, etc. A variety of modules can be connected externally, including NFC, one-dimensional and two-dimensional scanning, RFID, fingerprint, swipe card, ZigBee, security module, identification module, high-frequency UHF module, infrared, Ethernet, vehicle radar, OBD and so on.
