Circuit board is in English, literally translated as “printed circuit board”, as well as circuit board, PCB, PCB, etc., which is an important part of electronic equipment in the modern technology era. Class of circuit board:
According to the number of layers, circuit boards can be divided into three categories: single-sided, double-sided and multi-layered. On the most basic printed circuit board, the components are concentrated on one side and the wires are concentrated on the other side. Because the wire has only one side, it is called a single-sided circuit board. Double board is an extension of single board. If single-layer wiring can’t meet the requirements of electronic equipment, double-layer board can be used. Both sides have copper plating and wiring, and the wires between the two layers can be conducted through perforations, thus forming the required network. Multilayer is a printed board with three or more conductive patterns, and the insulating materials between them are stacked at intervals, and the conductive patterns between them are connected to each other as required. Multi-layer circuit board is the inevitable trend of electronic information technology towards high speed, multifunction, large capacity, small size, light weight and light weight.
The basic design procedure of circuit board can be divided into the following steps:
