Production process of electronic circuit board

3. Drilling: Use imported precision high-speed drilling rig to quickly complete a large number of drilling operations in a short time.
4. Copper sinking: Manufacturers use automatic copper wire sinking operation to reduce manual practice and improve quality stability. Professional operators monitor the concentration of I to be transported in real time to ensure production.
5. Graphic transfer: Imported film laminating machine and dry film production are adopted, and pin nails are aligned to ensure the line diameter and line spacing.

9. Screen printing text: The full-automatic text screen printing machine is adopted, which ensures the clarity and three-dimensional sense of the text and facilitates SMT welding.
10. Surface treatment: The general surface treatment of PCB factory includes lead-sprayed tin, lead-free sprayed tin, gold-deposited, OSP oxidation-resistant, gold-plated, tin-deposited, silver-deposited, nickel-deposited, bare copper and selective board.
11. CNC molding: The introduction of high-precision computer numerical control CNC ensures that the tolerance level of the external dimensions of PCB is beautiful, and at the same time improves the production efficiency (the mold needs to be opened for large quantities).
12. Final test of circuit board: This step is the end process of the production line. All the high-speed flying probe tester-level special test rack testers are used. The high-speed tester is also the equipment equipped by most circuit board manufacturers at present, which is expensive, and the efficiency of nitrogen detection is beyond the reach of ordinary equipment.
