There are too many PCB manufacturers, and some larger ones will choose customers. For example, your factory is small and the order quantity is not enough, so they may not cooperate with you.
Some small factories may have the technology, but by the time of mass production, they may not be able to meet your needs.
You can find some manufacturers on the Internet, and then talk to them in person, mainly about their technical ability (for example, how sophisticated their processes can be, whether they can meet the company’s needs), and secondly about the production capacity. Please ask them to evaluate the production capacity and finally discuss the unit price.
Generally, PCB factories will choose three or more, and use them alternately. In case this one can’t meet the requirements, use another one.

The ranking of FR-4 manufacturers is as follows: Shengyi, Lianmao, Taiwan Province South Asia, Taiyao, Kingboard, Huazheng, Hezheng, Guoji, Longtai, Haoneng, etc.
In terms of price, except for the top three boards, namely Shengyi, Lianmao and South Asia, Taiwan Province, the prices of other boards are almost the same, ranging from 15 to 35.
Nowadays, many PCB manufacturers will do some articles on plates in order to fight the price war. In propaganda, they say that they use plates of certain brand and certain level, but in actual production, they will randomly use certain plates, thus virtually saving the cost.
I tried it in a PCB factory in Anhui before, and their quality was really good. After I came back, I made a small batch there after the sample test passed, and the delivery time of the small batch was also very fast. Next time, I will ask them to make a small batch of urgent orders, which seems to be called. If necessary, you can search and have a look by yourself.

Good plates are not classified as AB, but only by codes, and ordinary plates are classified, such as Guoji, Hezheng, Huazheng and Longtai, which are classified as AB.
Price: Except the top three, Shengyi, Lianmao, South Asia, Taiwan Province, the prices of other plates are not much different, all of which are between tens of dollars. Kingboard is similar to Huazheng, followed by Hezheng, and the price of Guoji and Longtai is similar, which is 5-8 dollars.
2. South Asia is a good brand, mainly from that place: 1 South Asia of Taiwan Province, 2 South Asia of Kunshan, and South Asia of Kunshan is not as good as Kingboard;
3: 94HB is the worst plate, which does not contain 94V0. You can light the plate with a lighter. All the plug-in holes are punched by a die, not mechanically drilled, and the copper foil is 18UM.
4. Military products are Grade A, that is, genuine A1 can be regarded as military products, and A2 is barely qualified, while A3 is defective. A4 is the same as A3, that is, the copper foil on the surface of a plate is 18UM, and the other is 15UM. This difference is followed by Grade B, AB1 and AB2.
What kind of board you use also has something to do with your products. Some high-end products need to use good boards, while some low-end products don’t need such good boards. You get what you pay for.
