A, material application management method
The shortcomings of common materials in SMT manufacturing include: material loss (A-grade raw materials, PCB and Chip materials), material throwing (A-grade raw materials, Chip materials), and material reporting (A-grade raw materials, PCB). (Grade A materials are generally the raw materials which are expensive in the batch production and processing, or are not used for each purpose once lost)

For its shortcomings, in addition, reduce the manufacturing cost, improve the timeliness of supply, strict material management methods and applications, and make relative management measures:
1. All raw materials brought into the production workshop from the warehouse must be checked and landed by the material technician, and properly placed in the material rack according to the Material Station List or BOM of the commodity to be completed and put into production today or in the future, and marked prominently. If there is any substitution or change, it should be determined and notified immediately.

2, material technicians in the whole process of work, solve the A-level materials or zero materials for 100% check, if you find all questions or not enough, you should first reflect and follow up. After the order is completed, the remaining materials should be properly stored and landed or returned to the warehouse.
3, in the process of processing, material technicians should inspect each error situation anytime and anywhere, and cooperate with the team leader and project staff to improve. Collect and classify the single piece immediately, and submit it to the quality inspection staff for confirmation before application.
4. When refueling, the refueling technician must carefully check the empty tray sign, the Material Station Table and the materials and signs in the material rack, and file and fill out the Refueling Record Table.
5. Material application should adhere to the standard of first-in-first-out method, full-in-full-out, first-in-first-out and then zero-out, and immediately collect the pieces in bulk to solve the problem, so as to avoid any legacy or overstock. It is forbidden to use materials with the same specifications but different manufacturers and customers with each other.
6. SMT production line is equipped with blank CD-ROM and waste special box. When refueling, operators should place the blank CD-ROM neatly in the special box, and carefully check and chase it before the end of work every day to ensure that no materials are abandoned.
